This guide will walk you through what to expect
and how to prepare for your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment.
You’ll book your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment after your Boudoir Session.
Image Reveals will take place around 14 days after session. You will receive an email after your session after the photos are all done being edited, where you can book it!
Please make sure to select a date WITHIN 14 days of your scheduled boudoir session!
Clients who do not return to see their images within 30 days
are considered a "no sale" and all images will be promptly deleted.
When will I see my images from my session?
Most of our clients will see their images within 14 days of their session at their Image Reveal
How does the Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment work?
Your Ordering Appointment is your time to view all of your gorgeousness and decide which images you will be purchasing! I pull all of your images in a program where we’ll go through each image one at a time, in colour and some in black and white. They will all be edited and ready to print. There are a variety of different print and digital options.
How long is the Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment?
I allot 1.5 hours for each client to view their images and make their purchasing decisions. While this may seem like a lot of time, it is important to be decisive as the time will move quickly for us. Most of my clients are done in an hour, while others take the full 1.5 hours. I would love to offer my clients unlimited time to view and make purchasing decisions, however in an effort to be fair and reasonable to all I do have to limit the appointment to the 1.5 hour block.
How should I prepare?
It is normal to be nervous to view your images!! HOWEVER, you are in great hands. The images right out of the camera already look amazing, but I do give them a nice touch to enhance them even more.
What do I need to bring?
Your beautiful face, and your payment method. Even if you have pre-purchased a Collection, you may decide to add additional products or upgrade your Collection. Please remember I do offer payment plans after your session BUT there is a 5% service fee.
Payment options are: cash, credit, or E-transfer. I do NOT accept checks.
Please come alone. I do not allow guests/children to attend your session or your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment.
How many images will I see?
Every session is different, but we typically show 60-80 unique images per client.
What about photoshop?
I will edit all images prior to printing. I will remove bruises, pimples, scratches, and cellulite. I will also even skin tone and lighten any dark circles under the eyes. I will give you the option if you would like to have scars, stretch marks, birthmarks, moles, or tattoos smaller than a quarter photoshopped out. Should you have additional retouching requests, they must be made at your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment, and if the request is outside our normal scope of work may require additional fees.
Do I get to see my edited images before they are sent off for print?
Yes, all the images you will see will be the edited and final version of your images.
How long will it take to receive my Collection/Album/Prints, etc?
With your payment in full you will receive the prints and products in 6-8 weeks. If you need your images faster than this turnaround time, please consult with us. We may be able to accommodate some requests with or without a rush fee added.
Will my products be shipped to me or do I need to come pick them up?
Products can either be shipped to you or you can pick them up at the studio. Please let us know at the Ordering Appointment if you'd like them shipped!
There is no option to have an online gallery or a second Ordering Appointment.
Can I make additional purchases at a later date?
As discussed in the Session Guide, we do not archive your images after your ordering appointment. Therefore, you will not be able to return and order additional images. However, if you purchase the Digital Collection with the high-resolution files, you can send them to us for printing or you may print them through a third-party.
What happens to the images I do not purchase?
We delete them after your appointment.
All sales are final. Once your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment are complete, we will have you fill out a Final Sale agreement, which states that we cannot allow for changes to your order. This is studio policy for all clients and no exceptions will be made. You may not change, alter, add, reduce, or request any other types of changes after the Ordering Appointment.
Will my images be shared?
No, we will not share your images without your explicit written consent. We will discuss this at your ordering appointment and have you fill out a form going over this.

It has become increasingly popular to purchase a collection prior to your session by either paying in full or setting up a payment plan. By pre-purchasing a collection, it allows us to plan your session with specific products in mind, and we reward you with Bonuses valued at up to $600!
